Ingredients
4Portobello mushroom
2 pieces lettuce
6 slices tomato, sliced
6 slices Japanese cucumber, sliced
20 gbutter
Burger Patties
20 gbutter
35 gyellow onion, diced
250 gminced chicken
9 gbread crumbs
9 gQL Omega egg
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Crabstick Coleslaw
100 g MUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick
20 g mayonnaise
Method
- To make the burger patties, in a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until it has soften. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix together all the burger patties ingredients and divide into 2 balls. Shape the balls into patties.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and pan fry the patties until cooked.
- In a preheated oven at 180°C, bake the Portobello mushroom for 10 minutes.
- To make the coleslaw, shred the MUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick in a bowl. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
- To assemble the burger, place the Portobello mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, burger patty, slaw and top it off with another Portobello mushroom. Serve.
