Ingredients
6wholemeal bread slices
1 cup mixed shimeji mushrooms
3cherry tomatoes, deseeded and diced
½ cup cheese
3 pieces MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, diced
3 pieces MUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, diced
4QL D'Fresh eggs, lightly beaten
Pinch of paprika
Salt to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Remove the crust from the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slices.
- Line a non-stick muffin pan with the bread slices and bake for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, MUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, paprika and salt. Mix well and fill into bread cups.
- Pour QL D'Fresh eggs into the bread cups and bake for 20 mins or until the egg is set.
