  • Scrambled Eggs

    Tried and tested, you don’t have to scramble your brains to try this easy recipe; perfect for people always on-the-go. Eggs are beaten into a fine texture and scrambled over a low fire for a quick snack.

    2 QL Eggs
    2 Tablespoons of Milk
    A Dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tablespoon of Butter

  • Directions

    1. Beat the eggs, adding in the salt and pepper along the way. Add the 2 tablespoons of milk.
    2. Melt the butter using a non-stick pan over a medium heat. When it sizzles, add the egg mixture and stir.
    3. Continue stirring for 1-2 minutes, and scrape the egg off the base of the pan as it sets.
    4. Remove the pan from the heat when most of the egg has set. Continue stirring until they are fully scrambled.
